SPEA S.p.A., world leader in the design and implementation of test systems for microchips and electronic cards, is looking for a Senior Plant Controller who, inserted directly to report on the Head of group controlling and the CFO, will play a strategic role in the management and optimisation of management control and accounting processes. The candidate has experience in management audit, acquired in production contexts for at least seven years.


Activities:

• Consolidation of activities and processes including the use of resources involved and production cycle times.

• Monthly closures, cost and revenue analysis with verification of budget deviations.

• Preparation of the monthly economic, financial and asset reports, verifying deviations from the main KPI, forecasts (gross margin, EBITDA, EBIT...).

• Preparation of interim and annual forecasts: budget, forecast and particular focus on the elaboration of a Business Plan.

• OPEX and CAPEX analysis

• Processing and verification of hourly rate calculation

• Collaborate and support the administration for the closing of the civil balance sheet

• Proven expertise in PeL, BS, Cash Flow

• Make cost accounting records that allow the writing of specific management reports

• Reporting, monitoring and analysis of variable and fixed costs.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in economics/finance, Master's or equivalent.

• Proven competence in performing independent analysis and interpretation of economic and financial data.

• Excellent competence in the drafting of Budget, Forecast and Business Plan.

• Good knowledge of general and analytical accounting.

• Forecasting and reporting techniques.

• Good ability to read and summarize financial statements, balance sheets and economic accounts.

• Passion and understanding of business logic.

• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

• Excellent use of Excel for economic, wealth and financial simulation modelling.

• Welcome knowledge of JDE.

• Excellent ability to identify and manage priorities.
