SPEA S.p.A, azienda leader mondiale nella progettazione e realizzazione di sistemi di collaudo per microchip e schede elettroniche, ricerca una figura per la mansione di Junior Controller

La risorsa ricercata dovrà avere triennale esperienza nelle mansioni richiesta, background economico e forte passione al lavoro; avrà il compito di lavorare con strumenti di reporting quali: contabilità analitica, previsioni e budget.

Attività:

  • Elaborare le previsioni infrannuali e annuali: Forecast, Budget e Piani a Medio Termine.

  • Consuntivi e previsionali

  • Rendicontazione, monitoraggio e analisi dei costi variabili e fissi.

  • Costificazione delle attività/processi/prodotti, all'analisi dell'impiego risorse e tempi ciclo produttivi.

  • Chiusure mensili, analisi costi e ricavi inclusa la verifica degli scostamenti rispetto al budget.

  • Reportistica aziendale

Requisiti derivanti da triennale esperienza sul campo

  • Laurea Magistrale in discipline Economia/Finanziarie, Master o titoli di studio equivalenti.

  • Competenze di analisi e interpretazione dei dati economici e finanziari.

  • Competenza di base nel redigere Budget, Forecast e Business Plan.

  • Contabilità generale e analitica.

  • Tecniche di previsione e reporting.

  • Capacità di lettura di rendiconti finanziari, stati patrimoniali e conti economici.

Completano il profilo

  • Passione e comprensione delle logiche di business.

  • Capacità analitiche, organizzative e comunicative.

  • Ottimo uso di Excel.

  • Gradita conoscenza di JDE.

  • Organizzazione, capacità di gestire le priorità.

  • Curiosità, proattività.

  • Attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento ai risultati
