SPEA S.p.A., company worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of testing systems for semiconductors and electronic boards, is looking for a Sales Assistant.


As a Sales Assistant you will participate in the day-by-day sales activities, including definition of equipment configurations based on customer needs, quotations,

Purchase Order management, development of strategical business relationships with our commercial partners.


Activities:


  1. Ability to express complex content in written form and to produce coherent and understandable documents
  2. Ability to record, discriminate and filter incoming information (email, phone calls, internal communications)
  3. Ability to organize the Sales Manager's trip in collaboration with the agency
  4. Ability to communicate in English
  5. Using Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  6. Ability to effectively debug new procedures related to the processes

  2. Ability to represent the company adequately in relations with customers, suppliers and public bodies, protecting its interests and image
  3. Ability to manage internal relations, knowing how to measure servitude, diplomacy

Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or languages
  2. One year of experience in sales - preferred
  3. Fluent in English, mostly written
  4. Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
  5. Be proactive and team work -oriented
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Customer-oriented
