SPEA Thailand Co. Ltd. Subsidiary of SPEA S.p.A Group - worldwide leader in the design and implementation of testing systems for microchips and electronic boards - is looking for a Logistics & Back Office for its office in Bangkok.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order processing, packing, and shipping.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control and record keeping.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the back office, including document management, report preparation, and administrative issue resolution.
  • Handle communications with suppliers and customers, responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Contribute to the fine-tuning and optimization of logistical and administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Thai and English language (written and spoken). Other language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Preferably Thai citizen of Permanent Resident.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or related administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of basic inventory management principles and warehouse procedures.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management computer systems.
  • Import/export knowledge and logistics and acceptance bases
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
